Read the instructions carefully before filling up the REGISTRATION CUM ENROLLMENT form.

1. All students who have taken an admission for the academic year (2024-25) under The University of Burdwan should apply.

2. Other university students can apply with a migration certificate in original from the last university.

3. All the fields must be filled. Check all the TAB before submission of the form. Write 'NA' where not applicable. No special character is allowed.

4. Write correct college roll number followed by a hyphen between year and roll serial. Example:

        If college roll number 20241001, write roll number as 2024-1001. (For 4 year BE student)
        If college roll number L20241069, write roll number as L2024-1069. (For 3 year BE lateral student)
        If college roll number ME202410001, write roll number as ME2024-10001. (For 2 year ME student)

5. Write correct email address and mobile number. A student should take utmost care at the time of filling of email address and mobile number.

6. Use photo editor like Photoshop to reduce the size and increase the quality of the picture, if necessary.

7. Maximum size allowed for photo and signature is 150 KB. File format for photo and sign is 'JPG' or 'JPEG'.

8. Maximum size allowed for credentials is 150 KB. File format for credentials is 'PDF'.

9. Preferred passport size photo dimensions 100px X 140px and signature dimensions 120px X 40px for better view in registration certificate and admit.

10. After successful submission of the registration cum enrollment form, student will get a confirmation email to the registered email address.

11. A student should take a printout by clicking on the 'Print Application' option and submit the form to the college withing two working days.

12. Students are not allowed edit his / her data after submission of the form. However, if any changes are required then contact college.

13. A student should deposit required fees for registration to the college.

14. Use your desktop / laptop for better view.
